How much space & power will the machine need?

The Sketch AI machine requires a minimum footprint of 3ft x 4ft to operate comfortably. It also needs access to a standard 13A plug socket (UK power supply). If possible, a little extra space around the unit is helpful for crowd interaction and branding opportunities. We supply an exhibition table if needed. WIFI access is required for the data feature option.

What data do you capture from delegates?

We can capture delegate email addresses, contact numbers, company names, addresses, and any custom questions you’d like to include — there’s really no limit. All data is compiled and sent to you in an Excel spreadsheet after the event.

Do you offer any discounts for NFPs or in exchange for brand exposure?

We don’t offer discounts, but we always aim to deliver strong value and a standout experience for all event types. Happy to chat further about what works best for your budget and objectives.

Can we switch it off during conference sessions and just run it during breaks?

Yes, absolutely — the system can be switched off and back on easily to suit your event timings.

Can you pencil In dates

We don’t pencil in dates or hold them without a confirmed booking. Due to demand, all bookings are secured on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of the booking form and payment.

Will my booking get cancelled for any reason?

Once your booking is confirmed with a signed agreement and payment, your date is secured in our calendar. However, please note that quotes are valid for 7 days and are subject to change after the period.

Do you supply Sketch Ai Internationally?

Yes. We supply overseas, once a deposit has been paid and all logistics have been covered.
